Type SC430 USP

The above machine is a microprocessor controlled cutting machine designed and manufactured in Denmark. It measures and cuts almost any type of synthetic strip material from thin ribbons to heavy webbings with an electrically heated, compressed air driven knife. An extractor fan is built into the machine for exhausting the fumes generated by the melting material.

The machine can measure and cut small or large quantities of strip materials up to125mm wide, in length from 1mm to 99.9 metres and produce consistently accurate lengths and high quality cuts. Frequently used lengths can be stored in the machines memory for instant recall. There are eight memories available for this purpose.

The machine is portable and weighs approximately 20Kg. It can be mounted on a table or bench and requires only 230V/50Hz mains socket and a clean, dry compressed air supply.
